it appears that they slightly converted the sunbathing deck into more dirt rectangle areas for tree plantings...instead of bare hard ground for lounge chairs...but the sunbathing deck area is still there in the same proportion...

the bamboo atriums seem to be in your picture (at the very bottom) partially blocked since you could not lean too far out of the window...

My questions are:

(a) is the tennis court still coming in??

(b) is there still a guardhouse on Sathorn Soi 1 Nantha?

(c) is there still a guardhouse on Soi Suan Plu 8?

Wonder how the defect rectification is going and when buyers will start inspecting there is 12 months before contractually the developer is out of time
and compensation is payable contrast with The River already out of time and years to go if you take the Sukothai model !

The external pics look much better than the internal pics. I would die for a unit in this development, but I have to say - based on these internal pics (colors and finishings), I am less than impressed. For over 200k per/sq/m I would expect something of better quality. Look at the paint color? The kitchen finishings look cheap, and the bathroom looks even worse. I may be missing something...the pics must be deceiving me.

Yes Speed agree the internal photographs do no justice to what I am sure is a much better level of finishing, that being said HKR spent a lot on showing in their sales suites what could be done if you paid yourself so perhaps they cut some of the finishing specs anticipating no one would notice or care since they intend to redo anyway.
