Good thread! I see you used my picture in there. Is the Bravern really u/c? I figured it wasn't going to be started until later in the summer.

Wow, I haven't seen those Bellevue Towers renders before. That's great, whoever did them blended them really well in.

Nice work of the thread about Seattle vs Bellevue, keep it coming!

P.S. I took that photo of Bellevue, just to let you know that since you didn't put photo credit by Sequoias.

Let's see the race to the sky with those two cities!

Good list, though a little optimistic on some.

2000 Third is now a proposed 42-story apartment tower. You show a concept from six years ago.

The Seattle Art Museum expansion will open in 2007, along with a remodel of existing.

You could add the 13-story affordable residential at 2nd & Yesler, u-c.

5th & Marion is supposedly 42 floors or so in the proposed category.

You could add the 37-story office tower on the same block as 8th & Stewart, Cosmo, and 818 Stewart.

Either Vue Hanover or 1020 isn't yet underway, so I hear.

I like it, there's a certain consistency in the buildings and a general idea. I know tha's vague, it just feels like it.
Impressive list indeed.
