Mexico City, CBD.

This is Santa Fe, at western Mexico City. This is the new business district of the city. And is full of lots of Mexican and international headquarters. In Santa Fe there is also the largest mall of latinamerica and two of the most important universities of the city. It also counts with excelent health services. And there are now at construction lots of new residnetial developments. Wait for your opinion.

The entrance to the district

The first zone of the district.

A night shot

Later I will post the newest part of Santa Fe where the skyscrapers are.

Nice pictures but incredibly small CBD for a settlement of Mexico City's size.

Well this part is only like the 30% of the Santa Fe district.
And is not the only CBD of Mexico City.
WE have
1 Santa Fe
2 Reforma & Downtown
3 Insurgentes Avenue
4 Polanco & Lomas
5 Periferico Sur
This five are the business districts of the city, that's because the city is very spread out.
Later I will post the other part of Santa Fe. Wait for it.

hehehe, Santa Fe is simply a suburb, its business dictrict is larger than most Cities one :P

Besides, thats only part of Santa Fe, Mexico Cities CBD is near the centre of the city, along Paseo de la Reforma.

Paseo de la Reforma

Oh OK, didn't know that. I'm digressing a bit but what is Mexico City really like? I've probably just heard stereotypes describing it as polluted, sprawling slums and little else.

No matter how developed Mexico becomes, it will always be next to the United States and always be compared. Sort of like being born with a defect.

Well, I will continue with the second fase of Santa Fe development. This is both residential and office space and is full of skyscrapers. Chrysler, Ford, Telefonica, Banorte and many other companies have their headquarters in hear. It also have lots of lofts, pads and penthouses that are for middle high income people. Some buildings are under construction
Enjoy the pics.
When the development was mainly under costruction

The main entrance to the zone.

This picture is mainly from office buildings.

This skyscrapers are mainly residential.

This is a view from the skyline.

Condos almost complete.

Some more views

Skyline at the back.

Ericson an Ford headquarters.
