New Plans For St. Bernard Parish, LA Unveiled...PDF File
Interesting to read the report and see how an entire parish plans on returning. As most of you are aware, the entire parish was flooded with 8 to over 20 feet of water (including my own parents who had 17 feet). Here is the plan:
