Architect: DCM
2 Residential Towers, Infinia and Ultima Apartments, and 1 office Tower, Lumina Tower.

Some info - the office tower will be 8-10 storeys only, but the two residential towers will be about 20-25 storeys.

Oh btw, the location is within the Kuningan Persada complex, just behind Menara Imperium.

update info: the two residential towers will be 32 Storeys, the office will be 18 storeys.

the design is quite similiar with the westin ya?? pake box2 gt..
wish they make it taller lah.. maybe 40+storey..

It isn't Kuningan Place, It's Permata Kuningan Office Tower. The Kuningan Place has built Marketing Office, but the construction is not yet started.
