But my clubs are not like ur clubs.
Basically, in our clubs we have a cover, and it starts earlier and finishes at an early time...
but moreover, if you go to the bathroom, there is someone who came in the club like at 6pm. What he does is that he goes into the bathroom and does service...brings gum, brings perfume, ciggarettes and soap and cleans peopels hands.

Its customary to tip....
So in a night, he can get like 200 bucks doing it. But ofcourse he has to smell piss all night long + people puking and fights + druggies like you going in the bathroom and taking shots of cocaine and worse stuff.....

LOL. In fact the "German system" is quite popular around the world with some modifications.
We do the same in Poland (unless is clearly stated you are invited by someone and not just going together as usually). The difference in Poland is after 5-10 minutes of calculation (who ate/drunk what) we end with quarrels and someone just throws some banknotes (much more than needed) to end it, then everything's all right again

In Canada and the United States, waiters get tipped below average.
Some of them get paid like $5/hr when the real wage is like 9/hr.

I dont understand why waiters have to get tips. when you go to your dentist you tip him? when you go to school your parents tip the teachers?
we never leave tips because a waiter should be a normal job like any other with salary paid by the restaurant. here the law says exactly that, the tip is optional and cant be regarded as salary that has to be paid full by the restaurant. and I dont think someone who comes a few times to service some tables is doing something so special that on top of the expensive food, and on top of his salary, I have to leave more money for him. I think people working and cleaning inside the kitchens of the restaurant work harder than someone who comes smiles to you and asks what you want to order, so go inside tip them instead.

thats exactly what I said its the same all ove rthe world. you tip a waitress that is making a salary doing a much easier job but earning like they pay a person in the kitchen cleaning or working all day with no break, but they dont make any tips.. so if I want to tip and I saw a cleaning person or someone from the kitchen it happened that I gave them the tip, they were so surprised but why not?

Well, the waiter is getting paid lower and he is in the front line.
He is the make or break for the resturant.

Like, i can take you to say..hooters...and people would tip, cause they have attractive females.

If sex attracts people, than its good for the business.
A bus boy or a cleaner doesnt do anything..just puts the plates cleans them.... The waitress is the entertainer and after management is the most improtant factor for a resturant. So it tells alot where people to and where they dont..

ofcourse, some places, the chefs get tipped, but then the waiters get paid a handsome amount and Swharma ends up paying for him and his date close to 120 USD
