Yep, there is so much in the pipeline right now, but no first movers. KLP 2 og Fairway house are almost full, combined with the extension of Cab Inn could give a boost to the activity in 2013

Byparken in Ørestad City starting to look like a ..park

The extension of Horisonten will add a more finished carré.

The parking building..

and the Puls building, that have been through so much turbulence coming up fine on the corner.

In front of the primary school, the channels now with water, and small bridges you can take a shady break on, on a warm sunny day like today.

The 120 youth housings in the Ø. south,

The spectacular eldercare building.

Vandkunstens black buildings waiting for the coming neighbour..

Parkhuset, construction will soon begin.

Great with new photos!
I'm afraid you missed the student housing which is the black building next to the seniors' home. The white buildings are Stævnen 1 and 2, with 2 being the off white building with green elements on the facade.

Just heard through the grapevine that AAB expects to finish their high rise in the southernmost end of Richard Mortensens Vej in the first quarter of 2014.

The high rise will be home to 48 four bedroom and 34 three bedroom apartments.

I haven't been able to find any up to date renderings of the project. I heard that no constructors participated in the bidding process so far due to a very low maximum price set by AAB. That does not bode well for the looks of the building but hopefully these rumors are untrue.
