Mi argumento es que el centro comercial es muy bonito tiene tiendas muy buenas (falabella entre otras )pero esta ubicado en una zona que tiene bajo nivel economico. Eso se muestra en la foto

Pero es que eso es una sola cuadra, y es relativamente nueva porque el barrio en sí no es malo ni los que están alrededor. Eso suele pasar mucho aquí en Cartagena, se ve un estrato 4, 5 o 6 y al lado una calle o barrio de estrato más bajo, caso Crespo-Crespito, Boquilla-Morros, Castillete-Olaya, Gavias-Gaviotas-Chiquinquirá.

Ni tan bajo nivel económico, además en esos terrenos o barrios el metro cuadrado tiene precios altos.
