Is the entire track elevated? I would assume that would aid in grading the tracks - or is it to not interfere with some of the land uses (livestock, grazing, etc) of the surrounding land?
Great stuff, btw. |

The project is a disaster for Tibetan population but I have to admit than I am really impress!
