I know, a handful of the links don't work because I made the mistake to copy them from my post into the text box to edit. So the longest links got cut in the middle. I was originally finding the links when googling things like "London track map" but my last attempt to find them again failed. I only found the map part and two line maps:

http://img236.imageshack.us/img236/1...rackmapcn7.gif
Piccadilly: http://img236.imageshack.us/img236/4940/picstripar6.gif
Victoria: http://img486.imageshack.us/img486/1838/vicstripnt5.gif

Maybe someone else has the patience to google more thoroughly?

I have no idea, maybe you should try to ask at the page where the map is from ( http://www.bsubway.net ).

I guess you know this one already: http://www.urbanrail.net/eu/buc/schema99.jpg
There's a very similar one in the book Underground Railways Yesterday Today Tomorrow (2004). Do you want me to scan it?

The Greater Lille rail system map made by "moi" :

I also represented in blue and white the TERGV lines, 2 HS regional rail lines linking Lille to the coastal cities of Dunkerque and Calais+Boulogne/Mer.

Some bus lines are represented :
In purple : Downtown circle line
In yellow and red : Inter'Val shuttle service linking "Fort de Mons" on line 2 to "Pont de Bois" on line 1 at peak hours
In yellow and grey : Aiport shuttles to Lille Lesquin and Brussels South - Charleroi

Good quality metro maps in PDF

Hi everyone. I am interested in joining with other people to create a bank of good quality geographical metro maps possibly using Adobe Acrobat [which I love but don't know how to use!!] over street maps of the cities. For those who know the site, Urbanrail is great but maps are only schematic. Quite a few transport companies already have these and I attach one here to give you an idea of what I would like to create. This is the official map of Rennes VAL metro, exactly what I am after:

http://www.star.fr/_include/wpFichie...LigneMetro.pdf

If anyone is interested in teaming up, let me know!

Juan

Interesting idea, but you should try to make Google mashups.

Example: http://www.acme.com/metro/

Not sure how you would make these though.
