Seriously if you have nothing good to contribute, then why do you even come here?

I mean you hate pretty much everything, but still manage to come to post about it.

Grow up as everyones getting a bit tired of you now, infractioned.

I personally feel that the location is perfect for an STP. Easily accessible for both DHA and South Lahore dwellers.

Summary of the project

The concept of the Construction of Software Technology Park (STP) was
presented to the Chief Minister of Punjab in February 2005. In June 2005,
the Chief Minister agreed to establish Software Technology Park at Lahore.
The ground breaking ceremony of STP was held on 3rd July 2006. The project
is designed and supervised by M/s Jurong Primewide Pte Ltd of Singapore.
The project is located at Ferozpur Road Lahore. It consists of 17 Storey
Tower Block and Integrated Car-park Structure for 400 cars and 540
motorcycles. This building will be an architectural icon and it will offer stateof-
the-art infrastructure and modern services.

The Tenders for Main Building Contract (MBC-02) were opened on 10th April
2007 under the supervision of Project Implementation Sub Committee (PISC)
members and in the presence of bidder’s representatives, project consultants
and PITB staff. Three pre-qualified bidders submitted their bids.

Subsequently, in a PSC meeting held on 8th June 2007 the contract for the
Construction of Software Technology Park (STP) Lahore was awarded to M/s
China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) for lump sum
contract price of Rs.2,994,750,000/-. Accordingly, the letter of acceptance
was issued to M/s China State Construction Engineering Corporation
(CSCEC)on 9th June 2007.

Major mile stones are scheduled as under.
