Given that all the workers are wearing safety gear in post #63, it was pretty obvious that they are foreign. Pakistani workers do this kind of work in shalwar kameez and 'chappals'. Not to mention they get paid like sh!t too.

True. Pakistani workers need to learn for health and safty! They just say "don't worry, inshallah will be ok"... not enough!! need to commit it!

it's not the worker's responsibility, its the employer who has to ensure health and safety of its employees at work place by providing them with adequate gear.
They can't afford ATTA these days! Do u expect our poor labourers to buy safety shoes and helmets?

Although I don't endorse Pakistan's dirty politicians, esp someone like elahi, this is actually good work... we need software parks like these to attract foreign money and perhaps help ourselves as well...

Way to go Pakistan!

Can someone in Lahore please post more recent pictures?

All the workers on this project are from China. I'm sure they are just on holiday for Chinese New Year.
Seems like the most logical explanation to me.

Very plausible! Chinese Lunar New Year is on February 8th! THE YEAR OF THE RAT!

Last year was the year of the Pig.
