So, pretty soon this is going to be the Big 6. In a few years this will probably only be for buildings +500m.

just a suggestion ...
do u think it would be good if u include the height of the previous month or even months ... somehow ...
to show the difference more clearly ...
probably a silhouette ...
or just label the month in different color at respective height ...
should n't take too much extra time ...

Freedom Tower's floor count starts 200 feet up, instead of at the base, thats why its only 82 floors.

its more or less a 'booster seat'. the 200 foot base is actually around 20 floors anyway, there are diagrams ive seen where it has said 82 floors, but 102 technically.
