When a cancer attact a human organ, you must kill cancerous cells before they destroy the organ and destroy your entire body and you DIE!! Each organ have millions of cells, a body have numerous organs and have billions of cells, almost all "civilians inocents" cells. Humanity is a "body" with more than 6 billion "cells" (humans) leaving in numerous "organs" (countries). So when "cancerous cells" (islamics terrorists), NOT MUSLIMS, NOT ISLAM, attack some "organs" (countries), they have to be Killed before they infect the entire "organ" (country) where they are living or destroy the "organ" (country)that they are attacking. For that doctors employ "chimistry therapies" (chiruregical bombing), but these drugs (bombs) kills a lot of "good cells" (civilians). Sometimes, it's even too late and the entire organ is destroyed by the cancerous organization. More, "Principes" do you think seriously that Hesbollah will declare how many militants dies. Do be for peace for all, don't be blinded by your political preferences.

This is how Trump does most of his private investing

1. Make a project
2. Design and make a model
3. Find a group of investers to help fund the project
4. Have them sign a agreement(Not always, I added that in cause some people do that)
5. Start selling space in what ever you are building. Start construction when you have atleast 60% sold. Ex. Condos, Office Space.
6. Build the building
7. You and your investers collect profit

This is just an over view of how it works. There are also other ways. You dont need to have investers.

To call these designs is a crime, they are hideous, very conserative. I love the new design for Dubai.

The U.S. trump projects are mostly bland and boring projects.

the Trump Dubai looks good in Dubai, while the other trump projects look good in their cities.

As a matter of fact, I wouldnt want to see that Trump Dubai anywhere in the US, it just wouldnt fit, maybe in Shanghai it will.

Something like Trump Chicago will look good anywhere else XD

Oh damn, can't wait till they begin building "The Palm Trump International Hotel and Tower". The real estate developer Al Nakheel says that construction will commence in late 2006, with sales launching in 2007. Lets hope so
