It is me or does this building seem to be going faster than a certain Waterview...which is also at the same or was at the same point?

Waterview is more crammed in, and they are digging down further I believe. Also the caissons had to have been dug deeper since the tower is almost 300' taller. This building will surely pass Waterview, especially since it will be steel instead of concrete.

This one is gorgeous, it reminds me of the crystal cathedral in California for some reason.

yeah! movin' on up. i can't wait to see this one start to really take shape. it's in a fantastic location and will really add to the river canyon IMHO. I just left school in Chicago to move to DC and it is KILLING me to watch all these amazing buildings go up when we aren't allowed to go over 12 stories here!

I don't like the shape of this tower but I'm waiting to see how the cladding will be.It seems to be a quality cladding.Let's wait.

this is amazing....you can see the waterview right across the river, must be nice....then if im right just a lil bit more to the east you have the supertall...Trump as well...the block it HOT...do ya thang
