What's ugly about it? I'd say it's a wonderful addition to the Rotterdam skyline; probably the best project under construction in the Netherlands right now. The red is really going to make this one stand out.

It is one of the very few highrises in the world that have red cladding. I can't wait until it's finished to see how the colour relates to the skyline of Rotterdam. Very nice tower indeed.

No, with the building method they use the core and the walls go first and the floors follow later, the last 3 are just still under construction.
