Mostly rough in the areas turned to the west, flat in the areas turned to south (Algarve, Arrábida...)

it is quite flat in here. But people like cliffs. Maybe because it is more private or a landscape clichè.

I've already voted.
Some pictures aren't that enlightening. So we need better ones.

my favourites:
1 - Pena Palace (a true fable palace, already used as a film set for fantasy films), although Monserrat Palace would also be an excellent candidate
2 - Almourol Castle (a Templar castle, with Lusitanian/Roman/Arabic origin, in a small river islet) - the picture shows the islet and mainland, it should only show the islet
3 - Jerónimos Monastery (that picture does not show its amazing architecture)
4 - Belém tower (the cliché landmark of Portugal)
5 - Goddess Diana Temple (many think it was in fact Emperor's or Jupiter's Temple) - because it reached modern times after 2000 yrs as most of the urban planning of the city also has 2000 yrs, which is truly magical
6 - Batalha Monastery - it represents why Portugal still exists after 1000 yrs and a true landmark for European medieval architecture. (picture in taken from too far)
7 - Clérigos Tower - if representing all downtown Porto.
