- The luxury residential tower will offer its residents "unprecedented" views over downtown and Tampa Bay.
- The tower will offer luxury condominium units ranging from 1,991 square feet to 6,150 square feet.
- The tower's first floor will contain a lobby, restaurant and retail shops; floors two through nine will offer parking; the tenth floor will contain amenities, a business center and conference room; and floors 11 through 52 will house luxury condominium units.

- Joan Altabe of the Bradenton-Herald referred to the building's design as "an oversized Sunbeam Shavemaster of old - rounded off at the top for a smoother shave".
- Construction is expected to take 24 to 30 months.
- Site work began summer 2005.
- Located on the parcel of the once proposed Swire Mirabella.

I was wondering when someone would start this thread in the world forums...

Here are some more renders, courtesy of the Tampa forumers in the Florida section of SSC:

old kinda crappy render of the tower in the skyline, but shows the relative height of the building:

new render, and the best so far:

not bad for a residential tower...should add to the skyline positively.

Well yeah, it looks very very American. Fits to the skyline I guess. Not bad, but not a beauty either.

Doesn't seem to have enough windows for the location. Not a big fan, but it will certainly add to the skyline.

I wonder if Florida can handle more condo development. I had read somewhere that investors came in droves, then bailed out when the market started to turn -thus jeopardizing many of the projects under construction.....but I guess Trump doesn't makes mistakes on this stuff.

This is nice, but Tampa could use some more midrises to balance the skyline out.
