Düsseldorf: Oldtown & Rhine embankment promenade

1. The Town hall was Built between 1570 - 1573

another fantastic city in Germany, i like so much the Wilhelm Marx Haus, the new city of Düsseldorf is very nice as well. i think that this city is one of the european cities with better equivalence relations between old and new architecture.

I just came across this thread - fantastic work! Düsseldorf can look absolutely beautiful if you take the right pics

But they definitely did a good job on reconstructions in the Old Town, yet there's more stuff awaiting its reconstruction - the Düsselschlösschen for example
