Nice updates! I loved San Juan en Puerto Rico when I was there in December and January. There has to be a bit more variety in the buildings btw, it's a lot of the same.

Cool to see San Juan developing. Isn't there a zoning in the city that limits height? I think I heard that.

Some developments look good but some look boring and repetitive. But nonetheless, great for the city.

I think your right. The problem is that there is an airport close to the city so they can't build as tall as they might want to.

That just means more mid risers, go look at Honalulu.
