i read from a magazine na meron daw ulo ng syokoy sa uplb?? is this true??

Is it raining hard these days in LB? When I was there last June there was not much rain, but a week before, there were heavy downpours.

yup! its raining hard, as in, when you say its raining in LB, you mean its raining tigers and hyenas (not just cats and dogs), but then there's the usual sunny times... so its still the same, very unpredictable weather of UPLB, haaayyy...

UPDATE ON LB:

The whole stretch of Lopez avenue has been paved with a fresh layer of asphalt last week, plus 'permanent' road markings as well and a not so permanent fresh layer of paint on the edge of sidewalks on all roads leading to UPLB...

by the way... i found out that la gloria will be visiting UPLB this tuesday...hehehe, kaya siguro...

nice indeed...
The younger generation of carvers are into ice carving. Most of them work aboard
cruise ships. Really quite impressive to actually see them do it.

I love Laguna, spent most of my summer there, and also met my wife there.
I also have a few friends from Marikina that moved to either San Pedro or Calamba, they said its a much easier commute to Makati. Really great place to be.
I'll try to post more pix later...

of the exterior..

yup same here bourne. one thing though, the exterior (rizal shrine) has developed and changed thru the years.

sana paki sali na rin yung ibang historical shrines in laguna.
