Is the Union Station redo running into trouble, or just an aspect of it ? Something about a second platform. Saw this over on UT.

Why on earth would that render for 'Backstage' depict thousands of people standing outside? Is this the new GO Transit building?

From what I understand the 2nd platform is facing some delays due to higher than expected costs. They have however begun dismantling the train shed.
