Perhaps I'll change the names to Absolute World North and South, but my understanding is it's the 50 story tower that is currently undergoing site prep.

They've had an official groundbreaking ceremony AFAIK.

Basically I look for excuses to manipulate the list, otherwise it can get a little too stagnant.
