แต่สีฟ้าตัดกับทองนี่มันแรงไปป่าวหว่า
Palmer เค้าน่าจะต้องการให้มันฉีก ๆ จากตึกอื่น ๆ ที่ออกแบบไว้มั้ง -_-"

Lift core อยู่ตรงกลางแหละค่ะ ส่วนที่เป็นปีกออกไป 3 ปีกก็เป็นส่วนห้องพักไง

Not sure if it will be something like Emporium or more like MBK. Will have to wait and see I guess.

I think they scaled down the residential tower section, reduced to 20 floors. Which answers a lot of questions, distorted model and floor number showing on the website.

I'll recheck again.
