Tallest proposed buildings in your city (500 feet limit)

Just curious what is the tallest proposed buildings in your city are.

Los Angeles has a few 40+ story tall buildings in the works. But these are the most prolific.

The City House (61 stories) and The Olympic (49 stories)

The Ritz Carlton/Marroit Marquis (54 stories)

Iconic Tower (peliminary name 47 stories)

Zen Tower (50 stories)

Sapphire Tower - 90 stories / 342 m
http://www.emporis.com/en/il/im/?id=312558

Things however aren't looking good for this tower, but there's still the 70 storey / 325 m Trump Tower, as well as many other 150 - 250 m towers.

Bionic Tower: 1.2km - merely a vision that won't happen.

http://www.emporis.com/en/wm/bu/?id=103165

Nina Tower: 518m - completed, but they changed the design and height and all; it is now 319m.

http://www.emporis.com/en/wm/bu/?id=174360

Hong Kong Wan Chai Tower: 400m - vision; not sure what the status on that is, but I'd like to see that built

http://www.emporis.com/en/wm/bu/?id=134264

Island East Tower: 280m - under construction

ICC/US7: 484m - under construction

US5 and US6: 250m? - under construction/nearly finished

It isn't tall tower ut i think you won.t be angry. Business center "Saules miestas" ("Sun City"). Only 15 floors, but it will be tallest building in Siauliai.

After seeing that photo, I would say that Bilbao doesn't NEED any tall towers to "improve" it. What a gorgeous city!

^ The mighty Q1 was completed sept2005. It will loose its crown as worlds tallest resi in 2008 or 9. so 4 years at no 1 isnt bad. these days.
