Tandem designed the new Sofitel Sukhumvit Hotel and also the U-ChiLiang (HSBC) Building

Palmer & Turner designed the Park Chidlom Towers and the Central World Tower

A49 designed Urbana Langsuan. Urbana Sathorn, Madison, Athenee Place

this new project and the new project at Suan Lum Night Bazaar (maybe also Central will be winner??) are VERY interesting!!

Well, in reality, is that Ploenchit plot big enough to build something taller than 85 storey tower????? and how tall can they go for that Ploenchit plot,400+++??????

Ploenchit plos it something 9 Rai if I'm not misstaken.

Run as deep as the woods go to the end of The British Embassy to Swiss territory and Park Nai Leart Raffles Hotel.

The edge of land is something almost 250 Meters away from the main road and Ploenchit Road is 45 Meters wide

We say if the base of the tower is 50 meters dept (about same as Central World Tower). That means the maximun height they can go is 245x2 = 490 Meters!!!
