Another bland box, in a bland, boxy skyline. But this is what you get with SOM in that era. At least the facade wasn't done in one of the popular red, brown or umber hues Denver seems to love adorning its buildings in...At least it is large, powerful and stable looking. It would make a great building for a bank, defense contractor or oil company to be locate offices in. This building was clearly built with one thing in mind: profit.

Simple, but it looks great. I like the facade - It keeps the look simple but makes it look very "rich"
