it's actually stated in another thread on Specialist Shopping Centre going. John Little will be moving across (or has already moved?) to Urban Warehouse, the former OG at Emerald Orchard.

No they haven't finished moving yet. Middle of this month I think.

No larh....U want to implode that building? Sure ... Only if u shut down that part of orchard road . Yes... Shut down everything and noone is to enter that area . Most likely is a 100m radius minimum . So , calculate how many businesses have to shut down on one day .

no !! Implosion is far more expensive !!! Thats why it only make up 1-5% of the demolition industry .

But you are right in saying that this process takes a longer time .

Developer so confident about their project that they are holding back on the launch for so long despite demolishing of building is near to completion.
I won't be surprise they sell only when they complete the foundation or even started the building.
Wheelock is very good in maximizing their profit margin,...don't expect this project to be selling below $4000psf..., it's rare freehold at the busiest part of Orchard anyway.

Go to developer and get your VVIP invitation. Agents nowaday are treated like pest in the present of the developer.

My firend told me some DTZ agents were told to leave The Rochester and are not welcome back.

Market is very hot, agents is no longer needed in new launch.

Call them direct. If you use website, most likely they will not get back to you.

Best is to find out the staffs whom are doing the project. talk to them, treat them well etc.

It is also good to drop by their office personally and talk to them.
