Apologies for responding with those carping comments awayo.... I've been listening to way too much Radio 4 since I came out of BG!

Hey mum, does my head look too big in this?Aug 11 2006

By Michelle Fiddler, Liverpool Echo

JEALOUS rivals have often accused Reds fans of being big heads. And a fault in the new strip launched yesterday seemed to support their suspicions.

Hundreds of kits for toddlers were recalled by Adidas after they discovered the shirts were not big enough to fit over tots' heads.

Up to 1,500 of the new £24.99 "mini kits", were pre-ordered by loyal Reds fans using official LFC outlets.

A small number of the kits were sent out to customers, but the strip never made it to general sale.

Customers now face a wait of up to six weeks fora replacement. No other kit has been affected.

A spokesman for Adidas, said: "There was a quality issue with the mini kit for toddlers, but it is not a massive issue.

"It was discovered that the final production stock was not up to the standard that Adidas expects.

They side with anybody who is opposed to 'the west'....in this case it is Hezbolla, as these are fighting what the left consider to be the US' proxy in the Middle eaast, rather than the only true democracy, that runs on international law... (in the main.. please!)

Our little cabal, of the stop the war, the merseyside Trades union conference and a few other groups are simply a front for these extremists... they should be exposed for what they are...

What gets me really mad is that they insist on doing their thang 'in the name of the people of Merseyside', who have continually rejected their calls and accusations. I also hate (despite the ironic undertones) the way they tie themselves up... so deep is their hate that they say things like they are 'protesting aboout lobbing bombs into civilian areas' etc... so who the fuck is doing that... the Israelis, or Hezbolla?

Anyway. I am not making some moronic pleae that everything that comes out of our institutions and governments are sweet... but these particular types of folks reserve a special, mad type of venom... they dispise us all!

I said at the time the Iraq war started that it would help to regalvanise the international left... more importantly I also stated that it would help to finally expose them as the hate filled, irrational, illogical grouping of idiot scum that they are as well!... and that is coming to the fore quite nicely... though huge damage is being done in the process whilst some listen to them and take thier judgements on board without any thought.

Mad rant over!
I happen to agree with you on this one (shock horror)

It can`t be too impossible for some of the various factions involved to see that there own actions bring destruction on themselves can it?

Or rather on others that they have no concern for.

Very sad.

So funny.... it always amuses me that 90% of these replica shirts are for the 'extra large' market... super fat kids, or sad 40 somethings?

Afraid I don't give a toss what mistakes England make... or what ever they get up to!

SG is the captain of LFC, so that's enough?

poor play from chelsea but it just shows 1 piece of good play (and bad defending) and they're back level, crouch should have scored, or garcia who ever was closest

Liverpool were the better team and beat the cunts derservedly. LFC didn't even bring Gerrard, Alonso and Bellamy until into the second half.

You can just see how LFC have strengthened. They should be able to slaughter all the mid table teams now.

Sisokko is fucking amazing. And I mean fucking awesome. Risse was class. Aurelio and Riise together just crush the opposition. Crouchy redeemed himself, becvuase he was pissing me off earlier on.

I'M LOVIN IT!!!! Fuck you Mourihno!

I`ve just returned from the cash point (Sheperds Bush) as I needed a few things and some bloke was laughing to his mate "Ha ha ha we`re winning, Liverpools winning 2-1"

He didn`t sound like a Scouser to me either.

But it did bring a smile to my face and he was positively beaming with supporting the better side and all.

was at the match yesterday and we didnt hear a peep out of the chelski fans until way inot the second half.

the noise generated by us was amazing, from start to finish.

also, the huge street footy matches ala carling advert were brilliant, although i had to chase a five year old scally to get my ball back at one point.

Cardiff was awash with liverpol fans yesterday. that place will be quiet without us.

How will he compliment/compare to Crouch?
Too similar?

Internationally Crouch has 8 goals in 12 games - and was booed first time he played.
Defoe scores 1 in 17 games and everyone wants him in!!
