Its extremely arrogant how some people here assume that "White people countries" will just decline and that China is the be-all-and-end-all of everything, etc. What an extremely arrogant and foolish thing to believe. People in europe, north america, south america, etc.. will still be living their lives, and ejoying our lives throughout the 21st century. Just because they are not Chinese, just because they may have less skyscrapers around them, etc, doesn't mean that their future is dim or dismall looking. - I believe your arrogant viewpoints are actually imperialistic and disgusting, also rather short-sighted. Without those "white people countries" who would buy your products allowing you to grow economically? Think about that.

Stop bringing the racist crap to this thread. No body here said "white people countries" will just decline. You made up by yourself from your racist mind and envy psychology.

This one looks very tall, I think it's going to be built next to the twin towers.

the thing that sickens me about this whole construction boom in guangzhou is that its totally uneccessary, if you've ever lived in guangzhou u'd see just how much other stuff they need to be spending money on, the poverty here is unbelievable, the pollution is a very big problem and to be honest, most of the office buildings being built never ever get filled.

i went into CITIC plaza just to see wat kind of comps are using its office space and probably more that half the floors aren't even being used, its ridiculous.

And you are so sure they are empty because? Are you implying that the investors just built the towers for fun without anticipating any profit in return? Yea, chinese are that dumb arent they. Brother, take my advice, cut the fxxcing shit.

When did you come to Guangzhou? 10 years ago?
The rental rate of CITIC plaza is almost 100%.

If you can read Chinese, you can google the keyword "中信广场 出租率"(Citic plaza rental rate). Every article mentions that the rental rate of CITIC plaza is almost 100%

天河北一带的中信广场、金利来大厦、大都会广场等,出租率都达九成以上,中信广场出租率更高达98%以上。但经过多年发展,天河北的写字楼已没有更多的空间提供给外来

why people r so stupid.......these buildings r build by private investers, government only have the right 2 say yes or no, so do people think chinese businessmen r so stupid because they build so many skyscrapers and if they r really stupid, they will all be f**kin bancrupt because no one rent their office, but how come they keep building it,becuase they make profit fomr the renting and thats why they keep building more and more, china is a nation with 1.3 billion people, anythin can happen

no, guangzhou is always a large city in china, a 10 million population grade.
