Wow, its really amazing how fast china is developing, if i compare guangzhou to what it looked like when i first got there and what it looks like today or even tomorrow, its like comparing two diffrent cities...

Asia Pacific Century Plaza (亞太世紀廣場), 289m, 57f. Almost a supertall!!

This is supposed to be u/c. I'm looking forward to opening a thread about this project at construction and updates subforum, but I couldn't find any pic of the construction site. If some of you guys find one please post it

Ye its a nice time to live in Guangzhou. The city scape is changing all the time and the public transport (metro system) is excellent and also being expanded.

Oh is it for the plot next to that CITIC? i have seen like 4 proposals for that one, but i think this might be the best one! As far as i know its just a hole in the ground, but then i havent been to gz for about 8 months so.. .. Somone with more recent experiences that know whats going on?

Could you post the other propsals here, please?

According to skyscrapers.cn diagrams, it seems that they chose this one. You can see this project at this image too:

It is visible on google earth as a construction site (hole in the ground basicly) so its uc for sure!

Wow, thanks for sharing. The first one is very promising! But are you sure they are the same project as the one I posted? This render seems to be surrounded by highways:

And there isn't any river next to the CITIC Plaza

Maybe this is a different project?
