Don't know what's the vacancy rate now but a year ago, we went to Shanghai Software park and Pudong to talk office rental, it has to take a year's waiting time to get a office in software park and half year to get something in pudong.

Hope things are better after the completion of the supertalls.

the core is at lev55/255m, so yes just over halfway up.
