Nope, it cannot be a solar panel, it's heading full west...

I think it's an advertising screen or something like that.

Nice updates; very clever to start the glass cladding during the construction of the tower as opposed to after the basic construction.

^glass cladding always follows floor plate completions.most projects around the world have glass advanced up the tower with core still uc and floors plates being poured. its been the norm for years. The only one i can think of that this hasnt happene is BURJ DUBAI. its nearly 70 floors and still no cladding . and then you have opposite where the glass is just below core box 30storey Sentinel in Auckland,NZ
