Yep ~ I was walking along TST promenade a few weeks ago when it was still constructing the 52nd floor and I could spot it well and clear, albeit only from TST East. At that point in time however, it was not visible further along the promenade towards Avenue of Stars. When the building tops out though, I think you'll be able to see it from TST promenade/Star Ferry.
