The population count is 7 million. Although there are many HKers living overseas in Canada, Australia, USA and many other countries.

It's the new Liu Chong Hing Bank building. Not sure about the architect though.

Actually the official name is now Chong Hing Bank. They've been advertising their new brand and headquarters building lately in the media.

HK's skyscrapers are mostly glass.

But I like that the Lippo Centre other than The BoC. If not HK, it can also fit well in Australian cities because of it's Koala inspired architecture.

Actually, Hong Kong's skyscrapers are mostly concrete. There are far more residential buildings than commercial ones.

for my part, im not a huge fan of glassy buildings, at least they got no character nor soul, they're just glassy.

there are just only a few rare exceptions in the world, like the cucumber @ 30 St Mary Axe in london, this building is really well done, and aesthetically perfect.

Hong Kong has an amazing skyline! It reminds me a bit of Shanghai, but subtler.
