Erm, backupcoolmen those pictures are from over two years ago.

The building has been topped out for about 6 months or so...at least

Helghast, it is not about "defending" or "attacking", it is about constructive criticism that can be maid, and pointless accusations that have no value whatsoever. I do not "defend" New York projects, I just state the obvious that can be stated with a minimum of research (and some logic, because yelling "they have to hurry up" has no logic). If constructive criticism is maid (for example, discussing why there is a delay, and what are it's implications) is different. Simply criticizing, is attacking the people that spent years of work on a project and criticized them as though we knew how to do their job better (from the architects, to the structural and mechanical engineers). In front of such ignorance, there is only silence.

p.s. If there were these kind of attacks on any other tower in the world were I knew enough to counter-argue, and defend my argument, I would do it (in case nobody else did it). For the Chicago Spire for example, there is no need to do it, since there are a lot of more knowledgeable people that already do it.

hey guys, first post

this is a picture of the tower from my roof. it's probably a perspective you guys haven't seen, unless you live in my building.

sorry about the second picture. had to take it through plexiglass but it was worth it because you can see the esb better.

So glad to see pics of the theater facade. I hadn't seen much of it since the tower started rising. It looks wonderful!

Just for shocking me:
Can you say how much the rent for a flat with such a rooftop is?
