I can't wait to see this once its complete, out of all the buildings in the world I've been watching this one the closest. Hopefully i'll get to see some of it early next year when I visit New York.

The scale of the building in that picture is way overdrawn. It will not appear that slender.

They are starting the cladding quite early it seems. Well compared to other towers under construction anyway.

As for the cladding, I am also wondering why so early.

I suspect it is to enclose the area from the upcoming snow season.

the cladding isnt that early at all. this is the average amount of time when a building starts being cladded.
