I love and hate how in New York a 50 story building can go up and not really make a difference to the skyline

wow, 15 floors, thats almost from where the white material begins to the top of where it currently stands.. well i'm going into the city for the international car show sometime this week, so i should be passing this building, hopefully i can get some good shots.. bye the way, nice going carlos

300 foot spire is totally useless, doesn't even make the building look better.

Kngkyle, here is a look at the near future trifecta that is about to embrace Manhattan. These three towers (are) will be the beginning of murderers row in Midtown along with the Megaprojects about to take place around MSG.

The spire atop the BOFA tower is a nice aesthetic touch to the skyline,... this Scraper is bulky and needs the spire to reach skyward to give off an impression of height.

I don't agree, the spire doesn't fit at all with this tower. It's so rinky dink. They should have put a spire that's proportional to the building if they were so set on doing a spire.
