Thanks always Carlito. Beautiful pic mate.

LOL @ the crystal epidemic *snorts*

BTW I've always wondered what the 15 or 16 storey reflective (almost black or a darkish green) glass-clad rectangular building is that is next to The Grace Building in the above 1st pic post, on the opposite corner to 1 Bryant. Any idea as to what its official name is anyone?

The skin of this tower is going to be awsome, a wonderful rain collection idea for a new New York giant.

Odd thing about this scraper is that's among the tallest in NYC, but it's not extremely dominant in the skyline (ala Chrylser or so). Ohh well, all for the numbers he...

btw: beautiful scraper!

The Bank of America Tower is starting to rival the Conde Nast Building for supremacy.

Is there a layer of protective film covering the facade that will be removed or is it dirty or something? I can't believe that it would stay this way. The renders show a great 7 World trade looking facade and right now it has some faded smokey non-reflective crap with white and dull blueish green. What's the deal? A temporary protective film right?

I'm impressed by speed of progression on this building. Much faster than some other buildings in NYC *ahem*.
