concrete core is catching up thats why, but they installed another crane on the site (above the front entrance), so I have a feeling that steel will start coming up very soon.

ah i see. its only got one way to go and thats up. i didnt know there was a concrete core, but given the size of the building it makes sense.

yeah, were gonna have alot of 1,000 footers being constructed over the next couple years, and it started last year.
