HeY, i don't know if anyone knows this or not but does anyone have a guess-timate on how long it will take before they even start construction on the corwn...newhere near the amount of time it took for trump tower to begin its scond setback around?

Amazing tower! I am very disappointed with new cladding for Verizon Tower. It is looking really bad and uglier than orginal fascade.

Fantasic update construction pics you provide us with, as always.

As far as the small amount of cladding of the Verizon's makover in the pic savethewtc posted, it looks kinda nice so far - a nice vibrant aqua.

BTW A render that hasn't been posted as yet, showing 1 Bryant Park showing its impact on the skyline from The Hudson River:

I wish they tore the Conde Nast building down so the BOA tower will be the main spectacle.

Just imagine the impact it would have had if Conde Nast wasnt there.

This building will have more of an impact from NJ......from the east...it's barely visible....THIS IS NO CITICORP!
