the building is gorgeus but it has a veeery big spire.. it could have been taller instead of adding such a bloody hell tall spire

anyway i like the cladding & shape

Recently I went to NY and went to the "top of the rock," so I will try to post those pics soon. The crane almost looks higher than the empire state building from up there.

nice buildings...but isn't it one of those 'fake' super tallers as it just has a huge spire on it that makes it tall...?

i believe the current height is arround 250m. the crown will top out at 288m. above that will be the spire.

looking at plans and most recent photo. i believe the steel frame has reached highest floor (54) or 269m/882ft.
