awesome pic^ what are the dots? at first i thought they were lights but they're very irregular and you can see them in the bottom floors, which isn't possible.

If I had to venture a guess, I'd say those are construction lights that they just hang from the rafters with hooks. You can see a few on the lower floors because they are close to the windows

What's the actual height of the tower? I would estimate 250m... doesn't look like that in the NY-skyline... NY is incredible!!!

The actual height of the tower will be 289 m, but I´m not sure that it has reached it´s maximum height yet.
