I see, thanx... so that's the function of the smaller spire! This is another wind energy technique than the giant rotor blades we have all over Europe. One of those wouldn't have really gone with the heart of NYC, I think.

the buildings r going fine, but this town's getting worse,too many bizarrer arrive everyday. sry,a little digrssion~~
