Yep! Midtown tops every other CBD for that.
Oh... La Défense is getting kinda dense on it's Northern side

It will never be like Midtown, probably not even Lower Manhattan.

This is one of the best looking projects I have seen in a while. Definitely my new favorite buildings.

The building looks beautiful, but i miss Verizons old cladding now. It was something like a reference point in this part of midtown.

I found an insane picture...its older but still nice.....

Which has to do with a supertall in NY how? It's well off target if you know what I mean. When people do stuff like that, I can understand NYers flipping out since a lot of people are so misinformed and arrogant.

Why is the spire taking long all of a sudden?

Well I'm not a NYer, but if you mention how dense one place is and then mention that another city is also dense, you're kinda implying that you're comparing the two.

And LOL. No.

Ebola! Jessem! Go back to my post (number 1429) and please, please pay attention to the "" that I added in the end. Don't you two have a sense of humor? Of course any part of LD is barely comparable to Midtown! It was just a cheeky comment or whatever... Chill out!

Some people really...

And thanks Rizzato for having a brain.

thanks for the picture abc.

there is still some work to do but it is going to be a very nice think. I personally like the combination between stone and glass and here it will be quite nice.

the verizon reclad is fantastic, I wish they did something like that in some buildings in london, some of them really need it.

That 1st one is amazing. I still think the tower would look better without the spire or if it would be at the highest point of ths structure.
