look carefully, its P.diddy

Anyway the lobby looks like its under so much pressure and is about to buckle, but I'm just being silly. This tower's design deserves something real, and shows that NYC skyscrapers don't need to be 1000 metres + (can't anyway) to be the best.

This is the first and only LEED platinum skyscraper on earth. Where better to have such a tower then in NYC. Most skyscrapers we design for other countries are not even green at all.

Sounds like an exclusive credit card. Like the AmEx Black Card.

Pentagon (off topic)

Pentagon:
the following parts of the building are or will get a certification:

1) the Metro Entrance Facility (MEF);
2) the Renovation of Wedges 2-5;
3) the Remote Delivery Facility (RDF);
4) the Intake/Outfall project;
5) the Crash Recovery Site (aka "Phoenix");
6) the new Pentagon Physical Fitness and Readiness Facility (PPFRF).

I know, that the RDF has already this certification (>26 credits) Itīs the building in the north of the Pentagon, with the green roof.

now back to topic..

LEED Platinum is the highest LEED certification a building can receive.

What is LEED?

LEED is Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design given to the best of buildings that conserve energy and use environmentally friendly materials such as reusing steel
