• Metro Town, Tseung Kwan O 63~69 (8)
• Millennium City Phase 5 & 6, Kwun Tong (2)

Amendments:

- The "Freder Centre Redevelopment" is not existent.
- Indi Home may not be 212m. The figure is, in fact, added to the SSP database by my request. (For the method of estimation, see notes below)
- The height of Vision City has been reduced. It should be around 175~185m now.
- Manhattan Hill is proved to be 197.7m by Mingpao (Newspaper).
- The Fo Tan Ho Tung Lau Project consists of 10 Towers, 2*35, 2*37, 2*38, 4*39 (all above a 3-storey podium)
- The Grandiose is stated 168m by Emporis.
- The Residence Oasis is estimated to be ~158m by SSC, which would be extremely unreliable - for it is undoubtedly the tallest building in Hang Hau, where the tallest stated building is La Cite Noble (166m). A more accurate estimation for RO should be around 170~180m.
- Tower 1&2 of Metro Town, by my Estimation, is ~210m. The other two varies from 190~205m. The second phase (Le Point, consisting of 5 towers) is not completed yet.
- Millenium City 5, from newspaper sources, is 187m.
- Millenium City 6 is 36 storeys only, and now (~25 Storeys) the building is slightly shorter than the Millenium City 1 (138m) next to it.

Additions:
1. Chelsea Court, which is a taller neighbour of Indi Home, should definitely be included.
2. Bellagio in Sham Tseng draws very close to 200m.

For Underconstruction Plans:
1. There is a neglected project in Choi Hung, the St. Joseph's Home for the Aged Redevelopment Project, in which there are five towers that amount to 230mPD.
2. There is another project in Tsuen Wan by Kerry (Kwok Shui Road), where there would be three towers of 238.25mPD.

Note:
I have mentioned a few estimations, which can be seen (if you can read Chinese) in a thread of skyscrapers.cn. (大廈高度估算) Well, this is not meant for advertising the site or the thread itself, but I would like to invite everyone to see if I have done some wrong calculations &c. If you could not read Chinese and you would like to see the manipulations, then... I will do the translation some days later...

Further corrections ~ they don't count residential towers as multiple towers, just as one. So for example, if there are 5 residential towers that are exactly 266m in height, it'll just be counted as 1 tower 266m in height.

At least according to Emporis ~ which is where my 45 figure comes from.
