Hopefully I will Inshallah like we say in our country ..do you wantto see me dead ??!

BTW this project started 25 ears ago with the cleansing of the polluted snds of the lake .. the lake of Tunis was compltely polled and was no connected to the see like before hey ad to clean it build new lands on it stabilise it ..the digging took almost 10 years and now the lake is connected to the see , the local species were re-integrated into the lake and we can now swim in the lake since the water has been tested last year ..

So 20 years to complete a hole city with all the complex that will be there is not that long keep in mind that the Dubai marina strted 15years ago and it is not completed yet .. the mega project such as this one in Dubai takes at least 20 ears ( the palm , the world , dubai world the Marina, etc.. are still under construction)

Anyway will talk about this in 2028 in this forum

There are two countries outside the UAE where the UAE really builds their projects and that is Libanon and Egypt...

Egypt has really a construction boom because of the Gulf money, projects of billions are their under construction..

Only in the Maghreb countries nothing happens...

Not UAE didn't keep their promise. After the visit of King Abdullah in 2007 ,Saudi Arabia promised Morocco huge investment in tourisme, real estate etc
But since then we heard nothing:

2007

Saudi Arabia plans big investment in Morocco

Actually the project was never cancelled. Forumers just jump to conclusions sometimes.

I guess Dubaï Towers have never existed, there are only the marina towers in project near the marina area. this side of casablanca should turn great in a few years with the projected business center tower and the casa port one (new railway station).

the east side of casablanca has got a huge potential. the new corniche is a wish of the mayor actually. the new city of zenata will be built in the next decade. karim ghellab spoke about the future port of casablanca to be moved near mohammedia on the long term, then the current harbour could be transformed into a touristic one (the same like tanger). ain sebaa will have to be depolluated, but it looks a bit like the rabat corniche where saphira project is on schedule.
