How many 50+ floors are planned, u/c in your city

These days the 500 ft. mark is easily attainable with spires and large floor to floor ceiling heights. For once it would be different if we compared cities with towers of 50 plus floors. Underground is not to be included in the count.
I'll start a list for Toronto.

The following are towers which have started construction:

-Bay-Adelaide - Office Tower 50 floors
-Ritz-Carlton - Hotel/Condo 53 floors
-QuantumII - Condo 52 floors - currently 12 floors above ground
-College Park I - Condominium 52 floors. Topped out
-West 1 - Condo 49 floors( C'mon 1 floor shy) and it's 30 floors up

Proposed

Trump Tower - 70
College Park III - 75
Signature - 69
Shangri-La - 65
Sapphire - 73
Hummingbird - 50
MLSE - 54
MLSE Tower II - 50
Pinnacle building D - 59
Absolute World I - 56
Absolute World II - 50

With the exception of CP III, Signature, Sapphire and Hummingbird, all of the remaining proposed have an excellent chance of commencing construction within the next 6 months.

Exactly the same as the listed amount above, in post 1. There are a bunch that just under this mark -- such as Spire (476 ft) and West One (49 fl. / 484 ft?) which are both under construction. For a city that is overall not very tall, this is a good start.

Ritz has started construction? Well i know the parking lot where RBC center is being made will be closed Aug,1st, but is RITZ starting with it. They have advertised for weeks that they will start construction but haven't in last few weeks. So i think it will likley start soon and 100% sure by the fall.

About 7 in London. Mostly because there isn't that many Resi developments, more office = taller but less floors. And unlike Dubai, they are designed to a high standard.

Ok..

In Panama City, Panama, Central America there is only about 2 buidlings over the 50 floors right now. But under construction, here they are,

1)Ice Tower, 381m 104 floors
2)Torre Central 360m 75 floors
3)Palacio de la Bahia 353m 93 floors
4)Torre Planetarium 300m 82 floors
5)Trump Ocean Club International Hotel & Tower 275m 65 floors
6)Torre Oeste 275m 60 floors
7)Torre Este 275m 60 floors
8)Arts Tower 250m 80 floors
9)Q Tower 250m 82 floors
10)Torre Waters 245m 74 floors
11)Ocean Two 236m 73 floors
12)Pearl Tower 213m 70 floors
13)Aqualina Tower 210m 67 floors
14) Rivage 208m 68 floors
15)Ocean One 208m 54 floors
16)Sky Tower 204m 53 floors
17) Banco del Istmo Tower 200m 50 floors
18) The Point 200m 50 floors
19) Aquamare 198m 56 floors
20) Destiny Panama Tower 182m 51 floors
21) Ocean Plaza One 180m 60 floors
22) Ocean Plaza Two 180m 60 floors
23) Sky Residences 180m 51 floors
24) Sevilla One 135 50 floors
25) Sevilla Two 135 50 floors

These buildings are under construction also but they don't know the exact heights but only the names, year of end of constructions and the floors. Also, all these towers that I'm going to mention are over 180m. Mostly over 200m
1)Torre Vitri( It's official height is 232m) 75 floors
2)Torre Bel Air 68 floors
3)Edificio Loft One 62 floors
4) Dupont East Tower 53 floors
5) Dupont West Tower 53 floors
6) Miradores de la Bahia 52 floors
7) Park 32 52 floors
8) The Grand Tower 51 floors
9) Marina Blue Tower 50 floors

This makes a total of 34 buildings in Panama Under Construction over the 50 floors. If it would've been over 40 floors then Panama would have 85 buildings. So there is the list of the booming city in Latin America.

Probably, although it is remarkable that this boom is occuring while Chicago continues to lose population.

I'm also not counting any rumored towers or the many 50+ floors that are in mega projects but have little info.
