Nice photo, Dancer! It almost looks like the office tower will be taller than the residential/hotel tower. What is the height difference (someone)?
Also, the construction time lapse now goes through the end of August. It's amazing how quickly the steel is going up. If my counting and calculations are correct, they erected a new floor about every 4 days (10 floors in 41 days)!! |

The Raymer Square building is now history. Except for the foundation.
The rising Braven Residences are on their way!

Beautiful weather the past few days so i had to go take another pic from my favorite view spot in downtown Bellevue. Other than some progress to the EB Tower (concrete core topped out, glass starting to rise, steel continues to rise) not much has changed from this view since I took the last pic about a month ago. I'm hoping that we'll be able to see the Bellevue towers rise out of the ground soon and maybe even the cranes for Bravern and CCP.

Schnitzer has scrapped the hotel portion from the Bravern Residences, the towers will now be condos only. This increases the need of a major hotel near the convention center to support their expansion plans. I'm hoping to see maybe a Marriott or Omni convention hotel built either south or east of the convention center.

is the building going to be shorter now or will they just fill in the hotel portion with condos?

I hadn't edited the first post of this thread in a while to reflect the latest renderings and such, so I just did so.
