Nice photo, Dancer! It almost looks like the office tower will be taller than the residential/hotel tower. What is the height difference (someone)?

Also, the construction time lapse now goes through the end of August. It's amazing how quickly the steel is going up. If my counting and calculations are correct, they erected a new floor about every 4 days (10 floors in 41 days)!!

The Raymer Square building is now history. Except for the foundation.

The rising Braven Residences are on their way!

I'm hoping that we'll be able to see the Bellevue towers rise out of the ground soon and maybe even the cranes for Bravern and CCP.

Schnitzer has scrapped the hotel portion from the Bravern Residences, the towers will now be condos only. This increases the need of a major hotel near the convention center to support their expansion plans. I'm hoping to see maybe a Marriott or Omni convention hotel built either south or east of the convention center.

is the building going to be shorter now or will they just fill in the hotel portion with condos?

There is a Marriott across the street from the Bravern project. The 4 star Westin recently opened up and there is also the newly renovated 4 star Hyatt. The Hyatt has an expansion plans that includes building a twin tower for the existing hotel with a skybridge across 8th ave that will connect Lincoln Square...both the hotels cater to the business class and run about 300 dollars a night Sunday through Thursday....Friday and Saturday they are about 60% off the weekday prices.....

I posted an article from the djc regarding Schnitzer, it is worth reading....

Thanks for the new link. There are actually a couple updates, there's renderings for the 112th Mixed use and Ventana. I've never heard of this Baker-Main project, anyone know anything about it? The address listed on the page doesn't match the location specified on the map.

I hadn't edited the first post of this thread in a while to reflect the latest renderings and such, so I just did so.
